I contacted the CEO of ATT, Randall Stephenson because I have been given the royal run around by ATT and Apple about my i phone 3G which has been a lemon since the day I got it and it could not even be activated. The calls get dropped. The calls fail. The internet does not work. The phone freezes up and you cannot use it. But, Mr. CEO, through one of his people, refused to give me a refund. I'm considering a class action. I understand through the internet and friends, colleagues etc. that these issues are rampant with this phone. Anyone have similar problems?
