non organic soy protein often in chinese food (soy sauce) has been known to mimic the peanut protein, This happened approx 2 years ago to another young girl. Can anyone imagine why the nurse or any adult, did not administer an epi pen?! They waited for emt rather than take the risk to administer to save this young child? This is truly a parent's worst nightmare. Never be without meds.
