Why haven't these been answered then, should that be forgotten in 2010? A patient heart loses track of time easier than a lost cause mind. I bet if you thought long and hard, each and everyone would find these answers are not typical, but sly of intestinal, to what lacking the future rests with nothing more than altitude settling in the chest!
