INTOMOBILE.COM - Spain-based LLeida.net offers certified SMS services. I spoke with Sisco Sapena Soler about their offering and he said that sometime users (companies?) need to know that their SMS is 100% delivered. In that sense their service is created to tackle that problem. You can know that a fax or snail mail is received, but for SMS there are no such guarantees.
